Episode No. 252 of The Modern Art Notes Podcast is a holiday episode featuring Betye Saar.

Back in February, on the occasion of a survey of her work then on view at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, host Tyler Green spoke with Betye Saar. Since then she’s turned 90 years old, and the Prada Foundation in Milan has picked up the show and will exhibit it this fall.

Saar’s last major exhibition in New York was in 1975. Her last major exhibition in Los Angeles was twenty years ago. The show in Milan opens on September 15.
