Episode No. 407 of The Modern Art Notes Podcast is a summer clips episode featuring a pre-aired conversation with Njideka Akunyili Crosby.

The Smithsonian’s National Museum of African Art in Washington, DC is showing Akunyili Crosby’s work in “I am… Contemporary Women Artists of Africa.” The show, which was curated by Karen E. Milbourne, is on view through March 15, 2020. This interview was taped in December, 2018 and aired in January, 2019 on the occasion of an Akunyili Crosby exhibition at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. For images, see Episode No. 374.
