Few Modern Art Notes Podcasts were as much fun to tape as our show with digital trickster/artist Cory Arcangel — and not just because Arcangel is a big Springsteen fan.
This weekend the Carnegie Museum of Art is opening “Cory Arcangel: Masters,” featuring work from 2002 to the present. The exhibition will include the debut of a new Arcangel, a work that features Arcangel’s recently released collection of catalogued trance and techno LPs. It will be sited in the Carnegie Library adjacent to the art museum and it will feature a listening station and library-standard database.
Arcangel was the guest on Episode No. 25 of The Modern Art Notes Podcast. To download the program directly to your mobile device/PC, click here.
